This Introductory course is both for those who work in the coffee industry and for coffee enthusiasts.
At BARistaBARBAR we will be doing special coffee roasts in preparation for the course.
We will create a roasting sampling room for you to assess the taste and aroma of a variety of coffees.
You will learn how to assess coffee by taste and aroma, sampling a variety of coffees from various countries.
During the session we will do a small batch roast to explain the roasting process and the outcomes in the cupping sessions.
