This is  nanobrewery course with an empahasis on learning the basics of craft beer and brewing in order to move onto creating a commercial microbrewery.

The course is aimed at those who wish to take craft artisanal brewing on to a commercial setting with the aim of creating a craft beer brand.

The course will cover the basics of brewing craft beer including and in depth expolation of the importance of hops and yeast selection.
